These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Pixlplaygathr ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the pixlplaygathr.live website as well as any other media form, related services, or construction agreements.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our architectural designs, floor plans, 3D renderings, and concepts are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our glass house designs without an explicit, signed licensing agreement.
All price estimates, project timelines, and material specifications provided on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final project costs and timelines will be determined only after a full site survey and the signing of a formal Construction Contract.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and project information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our design services.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Norway. Pixlplaygathr and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Oslo, Norway shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
